What will it take to draw women in to the skilled trades?

The latest numbers from the Ontario Colleges of Trades (OCOT) suggest there is lots of room to grow in getting women into construction trades. The college has been proactively promoting diversity in the skilled trades in order to address this gender discrepancy, and account for the increased need for skilled workers in the province.
