Less than a month before CNE, Exhibition Place locks out technical staff

Long-time technical staff and stage workers from IATSE Local 58 at Toronto’s Exhibition Place have been locked out with less than a month to go before the opening of the Canadian National Exhibition. The union says if they don’t get a deal by the time the CNE opens on August 17, people attending the fair will have to cross their picket line.
